Hudon was recalled from AHL Colorado on Tuesday, Peter Baugh of The Athletic reports.
The Avalanche are dealing with a ton of injuries up front, so Hudon will likely draw into the lineup immediately Tuesday against Arizona. He's gone scoreless through seven top-level appearances this season.
