Necas scored twice and added two assists in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Red Wings.
One of his goals and both of his assists came on the power play in a rare burst of success with the man advantage for the Avalanche. Necas had been limited to one helper over his first three outings in November. For the season, the 27-year-old forward is up to nine goals, 14 helpers, six power-play points, 38 shots on net, 17 hits and a plus-11 rating over 18 appearances.
