Rantanen notched a power-play assist, three shots on goal and two PIM in Saturday's 6-4 loss to the Blue Jackets.

Rantanen helped out on a Nathan MacKinnon tally late in the first period. Two of Rantanen's four points have come on the power play, and he's added nine shots on net over two contests. The 27-year-old winger will be leaned on heavily while Jonathan Drouin (upper body) is out of the lineup. With back-to-back 100-point campaigns under his belt, Rantanen is more than capable of sustaining a hot stretch of offense.
