Kylington signed a one-year, $1.05 million contract with Colorado on Monday.

Kylington generated three goals, eight points, 42 shots on net, 51 blocked shots and 24 hits in 33 regular-season appearances with Calgary in 2023-24. After missing the entire 2022-23 campaign due to a personal matter, the 27-year-old blueliner didn't debut last season until Jan. 25. Kylington will compete for a depth spot with the Avalanche during training camp.
