Aamodt was reassigned to AHL Colorado on Monday.
Aamodt played in two straight games with the Avalanche to conclude the regular season, including his NHL debut versus the Kings on Saturday. He posted one goal, three shots on net, nine blocked shots and six hits with the big club. The 27-year-old defender has three goals and 16 points in 66 AHL outings this campaign.
