Newhook scored a power-play goal on his lone shot in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Blues.
Newhook deftly transferred a pass from skate to stick before notching his first power-play tally of the season. It was the second goal of the season for Newhook, who has just seven shots on net and has been held off the scoresheet in six of eight appearances this campaign.
