Harvey-Pinard suffered a broken leg that required surgery Thursday and will be sidelined for at least four months.
Harvey-Pinard will miss training camp and at least the first month of the season due to the injury. The 25-year-old was slated to see bottom-six minutes in 2024-25 before suffering the broken leg. He will likely be replaced on the fourth unit by Joshua Roy. Harvey-Pinard had 14 goals and 20 points in 34 games during the 2022-23 campaign, but he slumped last season, scoring only twice while adding eight assists in 45 regular-season appearances.
