Vrana attended training camp with the Capitals on a professional tryout agreement before landing a one-way deal with the team. The 28-year-old forward notched two goals and four assists in 21 regular-season contests with St. Louis in 2023-24. Vrana will compete for a bottom-six role with Washington during his second tour with the organization.
