Sandin is dealing with visa issues and will miss his second day of training camp, Sammi Silber of The Hockey News reports Friday.
Sandin was limited to just 23 points last season after having notched 35 during the previous campaign split between Toronto and Washington. The offseason addition of Jakob Chychrun will create a competition for minutes with the No. 2 power-play unit, which could see Sandin's numbers further dip if he finds himself on the outside looking in. Still, a 20-point campaign is likely the floor for Sandin, giving him decent mid-range fantasy value.
