Lundestrom sustained an apparent upper-body injury in Wednesday's game versus Utah, Derek Lee of The Hockey News reports.
There was no update on Lundestrom's status after the game. The 24-year-old forward has filled a fourth-line role this season. If Lundestrom can't play Friday in Colorado, Ross Johnston could draw into the lineup, while Brett Leason would likely move over to center.
