McTavish scored a goal on five shots and added two hits in Friday's 7-4 win over the Oilers in Game 3.
McTavish evened the score at 1-1 in the first period, answering Vasily Podkolzin's opening goal. McTavish picked up his first career playoff goal and point. The 23-year-old has filled a bottom-six role to begin the postseason, racking up eight shots on net, nine hits and a blocked shot in three games. He had 41 points, 146 shots on net, 95 hits and 42 PIM over 75 regular-season appearances. However, he has been unable to see much more than third-line usage lately.
