Mantha posted an assist and three shots on goal in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Flyers.
Mantha has three points, four shots on net, a plus-3 rating and seven PIM over two appearances this season. He's playing on a line with Martin Pospisil and Jonathan Huberdeau, which was the Flames' best forward combination in Saturday's win. Mantha looks prepared to be a regular presence in all situations this season, though his offense may not be much better than the 44 points he put up in 74 regular-season outings in 2023-24 as the Flames take a scoring-by-committee approach early this year.
