Sharangovich (undisclosed) suffered an injury after an awkward fall in the third period of Friday's preseason game versus the Jets, Wes Gilbertson of the Calgary Sun reports.
There was no update on Sharangovich's status after the contest. The 26-year-old forward should be considered day-to-day ahead of Opening Night on Wednesday versus the Canucks. He produced a career-best 59 points in 82 games a season ago, and when healthy, he'll feature in all situations for the Flames.
