Hathaway (upper body) won't play Tuesday versus the Maple Leafs, Charlie O'Connor of PHLY Sports reports.
At this point, Hathaway has been in the day-to-day range for nearly a month, so it's safe to assume he's out indefinitely. With the Flyers lagging behind in the standings, it's possible the winger will be shut down before the end of the regular season.
