Wilson was placed on waivers by the Flyers on Thursday.
Wilson signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Flyers in late September, and he appeared in just two of Philadelphia's first nine games of the regular season. He'll presumably head to AHL Lehigh Valley if he goes unclaimed on waivers, and he should see more consistent opportunities to contribute in the minors.
