Yandle was a healthy scratch Saturday against the Leafs. It ended his NHL-record consecutive games played streak at 989 games.
He last missed a regular-season game on March 22, 2009 when he was a member of the Coyotes. Yandle has been a bad option on the ice and in fantasy this season, but saw plenty of game time to this point because the team has been so bad. Phil Kessel is in hot pursuit for the Ironman streak -- he has 968 consecutive games played.
