Tippett (upper body) will be a game-time decision against Ottawa on Saturday, per Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia.
Tippett wasn't on the ice for Saturday's morning skate, which doesn't bode well for availability. He has earned one goal, one assist, 21 shots on net and 23 hits in nine appearances this season.
