Bischoff (undisclosed) is not expected to participate in training camp, David Schoen of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

The nature of Bischoff's injury is unclear, but it's apparently serious enough to keep him off the ice for approximately the next month. The defenseman has just four NHL games to his name at 27 years old, so he would have been a long-shot to make the Golden Knights' Opening Night roster anyway. Instead, he'll likely spend most of 2021-22 with AHL Henderson.
