Cormier (undisclosed) was taken off the injured non-roster list and placed on waivers Wednesday, per Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Cormier had eight goals, 47 points and 32 PIM in 49 regular-season outings with AHL Henderson in 2025-26. The 24-year-old is expected to be sent to Henderson if he clears waivers. He'll probably spend most, if not all, of what's left of the season in the minors.
