Dorofeyev scored a goal on five shots and blocked two shots in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Ducks.
Dorofeyev has gotten off to a slow start in 2024-25, as his goal Sunday was his first point in three games. He's been listed on the second line but has seen ice time in line with a bottom-six role, and he isn't part of the power-play mix right now. The winger flashed some scoring talent in 2023-24 with 24 points over 47 regular-season outings, but he'll need to find some consistency if he's to stay in the lineup on a regular basis. Dorofeyev's struggles may be partially attributed to the absence of William Karlsson (undisclosed), who was one of the winger's most frequent linemates last year.
