Crouse scored a power-play goal, added an assist and blocked two shots in Thursday's 5-4 overtime win over the Islanders.
Crouse tied the game at 1-1 late in the first period and also assisted on a Josh Doan even-strength goal to tie the game at 4-4 in the third. With three points over two games, Crouse has made the most of his time on the third line and second power-play unit. He's actually lacking in physicality with just one hit so far this season, but the uptick in offense is an encouraging sign for the three-time 20-goal scorer.
