Svechnikov recorded one goal, one power-play assist, four PIM, eight shots and a hit in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Blues.

Svechnikov is trending in the right direction after notching his first multi-point game of the campaign in this defeat, and he's also provided assists in three outings in a row. He's reached the 50-point plateau in each of his last three seasons, and while he's endured a slow start in the scoring column, Svechnikov's likely to ultimately extend that streak as long as he retains a top-six forward role.
