Hurricanes' Frederik Andersen: Yields two goals in loss
Andersen stopped 13 of 15 shots on goal in Monday's 2-1 loss to the Kraken.
Despite posting a tidy pair of periods in the first and third, Andersen would ultimately be handed the loss after allowing two goals in the second. He now holds an 8-11-5 record, a 3.16 GAA and an .874 save percentage across 24 outings this season. The 36-year-old netminder has gone 1-1-0 over his two appearances since the Olympic break, making his mixed bag of results tough to trust in fantasy for the time being. He remains behind Brandon Bussi on the depth chart, giving Andersen a limited ceiling in fantasy for the remainder of the regular season. He'll likely have Carolina's next game off before likely appearing in the team's back-to-back slate of games Friday and Saturday.
