Kase (concussion) skated before practice Thursday, Walt Ruff of the Hurricanes' official site reports.
Kase suffered the concussion on Opening Night and this is the first time he has been spotted on the ice since Oct. 12. The 27-year-old forward still has no timetable for his return.
