Hurricanes coach Rod Brind'Amour said Wednesday that he doesn't believe Kase (concussion) will be back soon, per Walt Ruff of the Hurricanes' official site.
Kase was hurt on Oct. 12 and hasn't played since. Unfortunately, the 27-year-old forward has an extensive injury history and has only played in 60 or more games once in his career.
