Morrissey's strong start to January continues -- he has two goals and five assists over seven contests so far this month. His tally put the Jets ahead 2-0 in the second period. Morrissey is at eight goals, 37 points, 80 shots on net, 80 blocked shots, 20 PIM and a plus-12 rating over 45 appearances. He's on pace to top the 60-point mark for a fourth consecutive season, and he could flirt with 70 if he stays consistent.
