Mahura posted an assist, two hits and two PIM in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Canadiens.
Mahura has gotten a chance to play regularly due to the absence of Ryker Evans (upper body) to start the season. Over three outings, Mahura has a helper, four shots on net, six hits, three blocked shots and a plus-2 rating. He'll feature in a third-pairing role as long as he stays in the lineup.
