Sabourin (undisclosed) has been activated off injured reserve and reassigned to AHL Syracuse, the team announced Friday.
Sabourin hasn't played since Dec. 28, so the move to the minors will give him a chance to shake off the rust before potentially getting another promotion later in the campaign. He has a goal, three points, 63 PIM and 15 hits in nine outings with Tampa Bay in 2025-26.
