Pacioretty (lower body) is not at morning practice ahead of Thursday's tilt versus St. Louis, David Alter of The Hockey News reports.
Pacioretty has to be considered questionable at this time. Should he be unable to go, look for David Kampf to get back into the lineup after being a healthy scratch Tuesday in Columbus. Pacioretty has a pair of goals in five games this season.
