Nurse (undisclosed) was cleared Monday to return to game action, according to Sportsnet's Mark Spector.
Nurse has been participating in all the drills during training camp, and he should see playing time in one or both of Edmonton's final two preseason contests. The Oilers visit Seattle on Wednesday before heading to Vancouver for Friday's matchup. Nurse produced 10 goals, 32 points, 181 shots on net, 172 blocked shots and 168 hits in 81 outings during the 2023-24 regular season.
