Ryan (undisclosed) is set to play against Winnipeg on Wednesday, according to Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton.
Ryan had five goals and 12 points in 70 regular-season appearances with the Oilers in 2023-24. He's projected to open the campaign on the four line alongside Vasily Podkolzin and Corey Perry.
