Caggiula was waived Sunday for the purpose of assignment to AHL Bakersfield.
Caggiula earned 13 goals and 37 points in 43 regular-season outings with Edmonton's top minor-league affiliate in 2023-24. He will probably spend most of the 2024-25 campaign in the AHL.
