The 25-year-old netminder held Dallas scoreless for nearly two periods, but Matt Duchene opened the scoring on the power play with 26 seconds left in the second, and Edmonton fell apart in the third. Skinner has given up exactly three goals in three straight starts, and he's had a bumpy beginning to the season overall with a 1-3-0 record, 4.04 GAA and .851 save percentage.
