Bobrovsky is expected to start Tuesday in New Jersey, Stephen Whyno of the Associated Press reports.
Bobrovsky started the season with a 17-9-1 record, but since Jan. 2, he is 5-9-0 with an abysmal .841 save percentage and a 3.75 GAA. Multiple deep playoff runs and injury woes have seemingly caught up to the Panthers, who currently sit eight points outside of a playoff spot. Bobrovsky should have a decent chance at getting in the win column Tuesday against a Devils club that is tied for last in the NHL with 2.47 goals per game in 2025-26.
