Malkin logged an assist and five shots on goal in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Red Wings.
Malkin missed four games due to an upper-body injury. His March was chopped up by that injury and a five-game suspension, but he still managed seven points, 15 shots on net and 23 PIM over eight contests when he was in action. For the season, the 39-year-old is up to 15 goals, 53 points, 134 shots on net, 57 PIM and a plus-13 rating across 51 appearances.
