Tomasino secured a one-year, $825,000 deal from Nashville on Wednesday.
Tomasino was only a part-time player with the Predators last season, logging 41 regular-season games in which he generated seven goals and 13 assists, including four power-play points. With the 23-year-old center now under contract, he should be in the mix for a spot in the bottom six -- though he may have to split his time between the NHL and AHL this season.
