Leschyshyn was recalled by the Rangers on Monday, Arthur Staple of The Athletic reports.
Leschyshyn was sent to AHL Hartford after being waived by the Rangers in late September, but he'll rejoin the NHL club ahead of the regular season. However, the 25-year-old made just one regular-season appearance for the Rangers last year, and it seems unlikely that he'll be included on the team's Opening Night roster.
