Cuylle was summoned from AHL Hartford on Tuesday, Vince Z. Mercogliano of USA Today reports.
As expected, Cuylle's Monday demotion to the minors was just a paper move. He supplied 13 goals, eight assists, 119 shots on net and 249 hits across 81 outings during the 2023-24 regular season. Cuylle will occupy a bottom-six role in Wednesday's season opener versus Pittsburgh.
