Talbot stopped 20 of 21 shots in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Panthers.
Brad Marchand scored Florida's only goal on a wraparound in the second period, but Talbot was excellent the rest of the way. The 38-year-old Talbot has been playing at a high level of late, winning each of his last three starts while stopping 78 of 84 shots.
