Bear (upper body) was activated from the injured non-roster list and moved to AHL Grand Rapids on Friday.
Bear had 36 goals, 77 points and 56 PIM in 53 regular-season appearances with WHL Everett in 2025-26. Now that he's healthy, the 19-year-old is set to make his AHL debut, and he might get a chance to play with Detroit later in the campaign.
