Gibson turned aside 32 shots in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Flyers.
The victory allowed the Red Wings to keep pace with the Senators in the battle for the final wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference. Gibson has allowed more than three goals only once in his last 10 outings, going 4-5-1 over that stretch with a 2.86 GAA and .899 save percentage. Detroit has seven games left on its schedule, and the veteran netminder needs three more wins to tie the career-high 31 he recorded for Anaheim in 2017-18.
