Kane registered an assist and two shots on goal in Monday's 4-1 loss to the Rangers.
Kane has started slow this season with one assist and six shots on net through three contests. He's been on the top line at even strength, swapping places with Lucas Raymond after the first game of the year. Kane had 47 points in 50 regular-season outings last season, showing he has something left in the tank, but at 35 years old, he may not be a point-per-game threat for much longer.
