Lagesson was summoned from AHL Grand Rapids on Monday.
Lagesson's recall doesn't bode well for the availability of Simon Edvinsson (lower body) for Monday's matchup against San Jose. The 28-year-old Lagesson has two goals and five points in 11 AHL outings this season. He will be an option to play versus the Sharks but could serve as a healthy scratch.
