Doan scored a goal in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Capitals.
Doan has bounced around the lineup a lot this season amid a slow start on offense. The 24-year-old has two goals, one assist, 16 shots on net, 15 hits and eight blocked shots over 11 outings. He showed potential with a 52-point regular season in 2025-26, so there's a reason to be optimistic if Doan can get his offense on track and work his way back into the top six.
