Dunne was reassigned to AHL Rochester on Friday, per Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News.
Dunne saw fourth-line minutes Thursday, only playing 6:55 in a 7-3 win over Pittsburgh. The 26-year-old has nine goals, 17 assists and 44 PIM in 58 AHL games this season.
