Dahlin (undisclosed) skated Friday but will not play Saturday in Buffalo's first preseason game against Pittsburgh, according to Joe Yerdon of Bleacher Report.
Dahlin was injured at practice Wednesday. He will need a couple more days to return to health and could play as early as Monday versus Columbus. Dahlin had a stellar 2023-24 campaign, picking up 20 goals and 39 assists in 81 regular-season contests.
