Dahlin (undisclosed) will not be in the lineup versus Columbus on Monday.
Dahlin seems unlikely to play in Tuesday's clash with the Penguins given the quick turnaround, but the fact that he was back skating with the non-game group Monday could leave the door open. At this point, there is no reason to suspect the blueliner won't be ready for Opening Night against the Devils on Oct. 4, but he may need to shake off some rust if he doesn't get much action in the preseason.
