McLeod produced a shorthanded goal and an assist in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Flyers.
The 26-year-old center helped set up Jack Quinn's game-winner early in the second period before sliding home an empty-netter late in the third. The shortie was McLeod's fourth of the season, a new career high, and he could be poised to move into a top-six role after Josh Norris (ribs) left Wednesday's win early.
