Batherson had a goal, an assist and added one minor penalty in a 4-2 loss to Carolina in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference First Round.
Batherson led the Senators with three goals on nine shots and four points in four playoff games. He was just one of two Ottawa players to score a goal in the series. Dylan Cozens potted the Senators' other two tallies. Batherson scored in three straight games, tying him for third on the franchise's longest playoff goal streaks, behind Martin Havlat (six) and Daniel Alfredsson (five).
