Chabot collected two assists, one on the power play, in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Islanders.
The veteran blueliner set up David Perron for the game's opening goal late in the first period, then had a hand in a Shane Pinto tally early in the second. Chabot was held off the scoresheet through the Senators' first four games of the season, but he's gotten rolling with three assists in the last two contests.
